There is no “new year, new me”

There is no “new year, new me”

I have not waited to begin the slow and steady process of being myself. I’ve shed all the people, shed all the things, shed the need for validation, shed every tear I could muster, shed broken belief systems, shed expecting anything from ANYBODY but God, shed expecting miracles to fall from the sky. I have begun building the vision, the walls, the temple, the most holy faith, the promise, the perseverance, the house on firm foundation. I have begun being the person that God knew before I was formed. I have begun knowing the plan.

There is no “new-year-new-me”; It is just “I Am”.

God has given me everything that I need already pertaining to life and godliness. Every spiritual blessing has been given to me already in heavenly places. Everything about me is finished.

Except the process. The process of becoming. #selfdetermination #kujichagulia #GodIs #Iam

“For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭13:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬
