The biggest struggle I have seen in body of Christ today—and in my own life—is the constant push and pull of popularity. The tough part about holiness is the initial walking away from people to pursue God.

That walking away encompasses all that we crave: money, fame, power, privilege…the literal DENYING of self and crucifying of the flesh. Taking a stand in the word of God means TAKING A STAND that is sometimes all by yourself. BUT TAKE HEART. Jesus has overcome the world on your behalf.

Be in the will of God.
